- this is an online version of breathwork meditation that you can do at home! I've done it since coming back from Bali & loving it so much.

BTW someone asked "why is it so trendy to go to Bali to figure out your life" and I wanted to share my answer on why it is:

The trend is due to instagram (visibility of bali) and it also goes back to when Elizabeth Gilbert went there in her book Eat Pray Love! But bali truly is a place to go to heal and it's great for many reasons:

- it's known as a spiritual place (especially Ubud, the spiritual/cultural center of Bali)
- yoga is HUGE & everywhere. most balinese are hindu so they are heavily influenced by that.
- alternative healing modalities are common - breathwork, reiki, ayurveda, energy healing type stuff are everywhere
- an abundance of healthy, organic vegan food - fresh pressed juices & vegan meals offered everywhere
- it's inexpensive
- it's beautiful with so much nature - waterfalls, jungles, beaches, rice fields galore

Other places that are similar to this I've heard are Thailand and Costa Rica.

:) hope that explains why bali is so popular!
