Over the last 20 years of teaching yoga and training yoga teachers, Sanjeev Bhanot has developed effective hands-on techniques and methods that basically help your students to go deeper and feel the full benefits of each posture.

These techniques can be effective for overcoming the emotional and physical blockages we may encounter through yoga practice. At the same time we also have structural issues which we need to go to a level of acceptance to deal with. These methods will be limited by the differences in anatomy from person to person. We cannot change structural challenges, and should not even try to.

We suggest that while you are learning the hands-on techniques practice them with your fellow yoga teachers and/or your friends first, before you start using them on your clients so you can get more skilled. The more you try and the more you practice you will see the more effective it becomes.
