Tutu is fitted with a string of 25 RGB LEDs from Adafruit: http://www.adafruit.com/products/738
Controlled by an Arduino Duemilanove and some really hacky code.
Power source is a PAG C6 battery pack: https://www.paguk.com/content/pagligh... in a battery belt pack I hurriedly cut out and sewed together on the day.
