As of Feb 2nd 2016, this DNS Proxy server is still working perfectly and Netflix's DNS/Proxy/VPN blocking hasn't affected my service :-)

How to set up a FritzBox router to use SmartDNSProxy. Once you know what to do, it takes less than a minute to change the settings. In fact, it takes longer for the router to reboot than it does to change the settings.
