The Amalto iPhone app has been designed as an extension of the Amalto e-Business Cloud with the executive-level user in mind.
The Amalto e-Business Cloud is a fully managed integrated platform used by our clients to automate their company’s e-invoicing process
The new iPhone app enhances that experience by enabling CFOs and AR Managers AR to monitor in real-time their AR KPIs, all while on-the-go
Today the app captures invoice related data but eventually will cover all types of transactions processed through the Amalto e-Business Cloud including attachments, field tickets or even incoming documents like Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
Once you’ve logged into the app it will allow you to access your transactions of the day or over the past 100 days
The main screen features 4 main KPIs that are constantly updated: These KPI’s include invoices created, invoices failed, invoices delivered and the ratio of invoices failed to invoices delivered
You can verify the definition of each KPI you’re looking at by simply clicking on the info icon located in the top right corner
Each KPI will feature both the number of invoices as well as the attached dollar amount
If you’re looking at your data from the past 100 days, you have access to multiple charts that give a deeper level of insight into your current cash flow position.
For example, the number of invoices created, and the dollar amount attached to these invoices are available for each KPI
Here, you can see the number of invoices delivered, and the dollar amount associated with those invoices
The failure ratio provides a good indication of the performance of your AR department over the past 100 days. The goal is to see a decreasing failure ratio over time.

The Apple Watch app functions similarly to the iPhone app and features the same 4 KPI’s: invoices created, invoices failed, invoices delivered and the ratio of invoices failed to invoices delivered
Available for each KPI, are both the number of transactions, as well as the dollar amount
Touching each KPI seamlessly allows you access to the same charts available on the iPhone
Swiping to the right gives you access to each KPI over the past 100 days
Swiping to the right once more allows you to see in parallel the dollar amount associated with each previous KPI chart.
