If only we had such documentation for our sales disasters. Unfortunately most sales people never admit why they lost a sale. About half don't know why and the other half don't want to admit it. That's why it's so important to record your calls and to also role-play in the safety of a training environment that is led by an experienced team whose only goal is to help you improve. Life is good. It's "gooder" when you're over quota!
