A Win/DOS software Quake engine i'm working on with andrewj with lots of weird stuff in it so it can be one of those '2001 weird' kind of engines with alpha blending and model scaling and the like of QSG-ish popular stuff found in GL ports... in software! ... and for a dead platform!
You can notice the colored lighting, the random/varied sound pitching and cpu-eating shadows. Menu tint and weapon/view bobbing is also there.
Video recorded in DOSBox. IT got slow near the end. The new stuff lacks ASM :(
