I tried to get a little more info on this track, like an actual track name and confirm this is indeed from the Arcade version...but I apparently suck at researching.
Also, could this be where Corneria of Star Fox fame got its start from? Hmm...I wonder.

This is just a fun channel to share my favorite VGM tracks.
