Lisa Gade reviews the Google Nexus 5, the company's 5th generation Android smartphone. The Nexus 5 is priced at just $349 for the 16 gig model and it's sold unlocked with no contract or carrier commitment. It has GSM, CDMA, 3G and 4G LTE on all major US carrier bands and it's sold on the Google Play Store. The Nexus 5 is made by LG and it's based loosely on the LG G2. It has a 5" full HD IPS display, Snapdragon 800 quad core CPU with Adreno 330 graphics, 2 gigs of RAM, 16 or 32 gigs of internal storage and NFC with Google Wallet. It has an 8MP rear camera with optical image stabilization, dual band WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.0 and it runs Android OS 4.4 KitKat.
