Meet THNKR'S latest prodigy, Greg Grossman. He started working in kitchens at age 8, and catering high-end parties and charity events at age 12. He has cooked in over 40 restaurants alongside some of the greatest chefs, and started his own culinary development company -- all by 17th birthday! Greg also finds time to give back and prides himself on helping charitable organizations which focus on the needs of children.
In this episode of Prodigies, Greg creates and prepares an elaborate 1920's Prohibition-era New York themed 7-course tasting menu for a top restaurateur and his team.
