Cool song. I play guitar and dabble with bass and harmonica, I've neen wanting a small stringed instrument to learn while I'm on location(oil rig)since I dont want to lug around one of my other instruments. I was thinking Ukelele but I think I'm leaning more towards a Mandolin.

Before and since- I haven't really played mandolin in a few years now- I've been more focusing on guitar/bass and composing/writing. First started with saxophone actually... haha! (p.s. I'm responding from my new youtube page).

+spartacusian08 Since then? So is this your first?

well... when there are some minor Celtic motives it this one, it actually sounds rather Slavic ;) still a fine piece of music (just please tell me you've bought a better microphone already...)

Thanks for sharing this, I really enjoyed your playing :)

Sounds similar to some led zeppelin's song

Cool man! I like it. Wonder how it would sound with an accompany guitar.

And I've been learning violin songs by ear for almost 30 years, and can't figure things out by ear in the bass range to save my life. I can go down to about two C's below middle C, and then I'm just useless.
