Ingredients:
5 red (hot) or green (medium) seeded chilis,
4 large cloves garlic,
1 T grated ginger,
optional: 1 T piri-piri peppers (hot),
1 1/2 t salt,
1 t oil,
1 T vinegar.

Blend all ingredients to form a smooth paste. Serve as a condiment.

Ingredients:
5 piments rouges (tres forts) ou verts (moyens),
4 frosses gousses d'ail,
1 c.a.s. gingembre rape,
facultatif: 1 c.a.s. piment piri-piri (tres forts),
1 1/2 c.a.c. sel,
1c.a.c. huile,
1 c.a.s. vinaigre.

Melangez toutes les ingredients avec l'aide d'un robot et servez comme un condiment.
