USC's Jesse M. Unruh Institute of Politics hosted the regular series "Road to the White House," with this week's discussion focusing on negative campaigning in the context of this presidential election. The panel discussion featured John Shallman, President of Shallman Communications; Michael Finnegan, reporter for the Los Angeles Times; Taylor Markey, Social Chair of the USC College Democrats; and Barr Benyamin, Member of the USC College Republicans. The discussion was moderated by Dan Schnur, Director of the Jesse M. Unruh Institute of Politics and Annalise Mantz, News Editor of the USC Daily Trojan.
