We are thrilled to announce our first online vegan cooking show presented by our Carnivores Anonymous 12-step program. Vegan Cooking & Food Psychology with Chef Kathleen and Dr. Marilyn features In Defense of Animals President Marilyn Kroplick, MD, and Wellness and Vegan Coach Kathleen Kastner. Together, they make a great team. During our first episode, Kathleen demonstrates how to make vegan cheesecake while Dr. Marilyn reveals “step 1” of the Carnivores Anonymous 12-step recovery process.
Dr. Marilyn offers insights about our relationship to food, the power of epigenetics, and the 12-step addiction recovery process. Kathleen shows us how to prepare creative vegan dishes with ease.
Carnivores Anonymous is a free, psychiatrist-developed 12-step program supporting and providing strategies to help you maintain optimum health, lose weight, reverse chronic illness and tackle food addiction while adopting a plant-based lifestyle. Sign-up at www.carnivoresanonymous.org
