http://www.diamondhour.com This is an experiment. I've performed "5 Tibetans" for twenty years, as well as practiced yoga, martial arts, and CST. What I've tried to do here is imagine what MIGHT have been beyond the techniques "Colonel Bradford" learned in "Tibet." No one knows the real truth, so with full apologies to purests, I present a possible, personal interpretation. This should only be practiced by those who can perform 21 Tibetan reps easily, and have healthy joints and good balance. It is a work in progress, and no one is more aware of any imperfections in the movement than I am! You will recognized elements from Ashtanga, CST, Silat, and more. It is performed in a "ladder"--one rep all the way through. Then two. Then three, four, five, and six, which will total 21 reps and take about 11 minutes. Gets intense. Enjoy!
