This is a small demo of our Kinect controlled livingroom.
You control the lighting by pointing towards a lamp/light and raising your hand over your shoulder to turn the light on. To switch the light off do the other way around.
The lights are controlled by a server I have built a year or so ago, and it can control a tellstick and IR (with USBUIRT) among other things. Not shown in the video is that we also can control our TV.

One "problem" however is that when the screen is down it covers the Kinect, but luckely we have made a Windows phone 7 app so we can control everything from there too =)
