On Friday, June 28 2013, Luis Omar Viera of the New Buffalo Shirt Factory used M&R's high performance Challenger III D automatic screen printing press, powered by COOL MUSCLE 2, to set a new world record of 2139 T-Shirts screen printed in one hour by a single operator.
The record breaking event took place at FESPA 2013 in London England and shatters the previous record of 1909 screen printed shirts in 2010 (also set by Mr. Viera.)
M&R is the world's largest manufacturer of screen printing equipment, with production facilities in the Unites States and Poland and distributors and skilled technicians in over 40 countries on six continents.
The Cool Muscle line of integrated servo motors embeds the key functions necessary for sustainable machine design into the motor itself. This seamless integration creates highly efficient motion modules that can be easily integrated into existing designs, or used to shorten the development cycle of new machines.
