Steps to make this simple.

1. Set up your tarp where you are going to want your yurt placed. Use the 6 nails and hammer them in to seal it to the surface.
2. Take the roof pieces (there are two) that come with your yurt. Open them up, they will unfold. Be gentle when unfolding them. Have them placed so that the logo is facing down and just the silver is up.
3. Slide both pieces together and butt them up next to one another. This will make almost a complete circle with 11 pieces touching and just a gap. Tape together the two halves. Run the 6inch tape along side the joining pieces. Make sure there is no overlap with the tape and that the tape is not sitting on any other angles and it will prevent them from coming together in the next step.
4. Walk along the gap where the final two pieces aren't touching to the center of the almost complete circle and lift all the pieces up (you are lifting them up and pulling them together). It will make a tee-pee type of shape. Have a person stay inside the tee-pee and join the last two pieces. Take your 6inch tape and run it up the new angles that are joining all the way down the other side (this will be the recently taped piece). It will be one long piece of tape where one person is on one side of the tee-pee and the other where the new angle is going to be taped. This will make it so that you can tape together because you wont be able to lean against the tee-pee and tape it. Seal the tape down with a stick of some sort like a broom.
5. Now your entire roof is one piece and will be ready to placed on the base. All angles should be touching.
