A playthrough of "The Chasm" (Map24) of Doom II: Hell on Earth for PC, played through GLBoom. 100% kills, 100% secrets (Max-Kill).

Ya know, I don't even have words. How can a map suck this badly. I'm asking this as seriously as I can. HOW can a map suck as bad as this?

It's so bad that I think playing in traffic while on fire, soaked in gasoline in the middle of a hailstorm of glass shards, fired from the ass of an elephant in the middle of having sex with an airplane, and the airplane is filled with screaming babies, and the babies are on fire, fueled by the hatred of a thousand angry sharks that have just eaten a bowl full of live cougars fleeing from Antartica, chased by penguins wielding pitchforks made of acidic, frozen piss, is much more appealing than this ugly mess of brainfarted stupidity.

Don't believe me? Watch the video. I don't even. What is this? This is, quite simply, the worst map in all of Doom II.

It's BIGGER than Industrial Zone, it's UGLIER than The Pit, and it's MORE BORING than The Factory. NOTHING in this map is even fun. How is it fun to walk across high-rise narrow ledges that are so thin that you could consider it a tight-rope? Especially when if you fall off, you can't get back up and you die. More especially when the entire last area is like this. Even more especially when there are Lost Souls ready to charge and knock you off, or Cacodemons that raise up and shoot at you, forcing you to move recklessly and fall off.

Screw this map. It's the biggest mistake and joke in the game. Possibly one of the worst maps of all time. Not even the texture combination in some areas make sense. Fuck this.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled program.
