Butter Garlic Herb Pasta
8 oz. pasta (spaghetti or linguini) 1 tablespoon oil for sauté 4 tablespoons butter 4 cloves minced garlic 1 oz. white wine 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese Fresh basil parsley and thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking pasta
1. Boil pasta in large pot with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon salt for 10 minutes 2. Sautee garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil 3. Melt in butter 4. Stir in pasta 5. Add salt dried herbs and pepper 6. Stir in fresh herbs and parmesan
