This subject encompasses the absolute core of personal development. If you really want success, you need a strategy. In this video I present three steps to develop consistency in your daily life. Achieving mastery and accomplishing your goals almost never happens in a single action. It requires a daily dedication and a bit of constant improvement every day. We lay out the framework in the three steps here:
1) Set up a long term goal 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year forward that you want to accomplish. 2) List the small steps you will need to take each day in order to achieve that goal. 3) List the reasons why you want to achieve it, as many as possible.
We can motivate ourselves to accomplish anything with a great strategy and enough reasons around why we want it. Spend the time to define reasons important to you.
