Piping made easy. Open up the bias tape and follow the iron mark and use that as a ruler and a guide line, try not to over stretch the tape, when you have finished the first step , turn it over and top stitch the tape near the edge, try to keep it as neat as possible, the top finished stitching is the right side of the garment.. That is how to pipe the neck, a sleeve, and the bottom of a garment.
