Dynamic 3D visualization of nuclei during early embryogenesis

Using a newly developed image analysis pipeline consisting of nuclear segmentation, tracking, annotation and quantification modules, selected nuclei of a maternal-haploid Drosophila embryo are tracked from the syncytial blastoderm until gastrulation.
