Teknic Lightning Gloves Review
The Teknic Lightning Gloves are the entry-level get-you-to-the-track full gauntlets in the Teknic lineup. Right around the $100 price point, the Teknic Lightning Gloves pack in a ton of features that will keep you comfortable and protected when you're getting your feet wet at the track. Built with a supple drum dyed cowhide leather, the Teknic Lightning do not skimp on protective elements. Hard parts are found at the the main knuckle, fingers and scaphoid with the main knuckle being a dual compound nylon protector for impact protection. The Knox Scaphoid Protector at the palm is an advanced feature that protects all the small bones at the base of the hand and wrist in the event of a get off and slide scenario. The palm is lined 100% with kevlar, there is multi-row stitching throughout the glove, the safety wrap pinky system, and additional padding at the gauntlet. This truly is a feature-rich glove offering a ton of bang for the buck at an extremely reasonable price point.
