This is the 1st part of a slideshow describing the relation of WeaponizedChess to regular chess. It describes how it is similar and how it is different. It describes how the game functions. It spends very little time describing the graphical user interface. It spends almost no time describing the various ways in which WeaponizedChess is more analogous to modern warfare than regular chess. This two part slideshow therefore provides considerably less information than the original slideshow. One of the major reasons why someone would want to play the game is because of its relatively closer association to modern battlefield conflict. It isn't just the linkage from regular chess to WeaponizedChess that sells the game. It is both those linkages existing at the same time that will create the greatest draw toward the use of this game. The link from regular chess to WeaponizedChess AND the link from WeaponizedChess to modern conflict work together and reinforce each other. On the flip side, this slideshow is in truth (and is admittedly) a relatively less painful way to get much of the same information that was in the original slideshow. You just don't get ALL the information that was presented originally. There _is_ new, additional information included.
