Points: 1. let the breath (inhale, exhale) precede the movement when possible and when running sync them together for better awareness to your oxygen needs so you can modify on approach to a sprint or work to relax before a precision shot. 2. Do the work with the least amount of effort: you take the tension from the leg and move it from the body and hip so there is less effort but the result is the same advance but without unnecessary bracing and impact. 3. Our bodies can work bent and hunched but we get more work and signal awareness when we are aligned and our breathing is smooth and our sight is free.
