Judson Brewer, MD PhD shows Anderson Cooper and the 60 Minutes team how mindfulness practices can reduce anxiety & stress in real time.

Dr. Brewer's company, Claritas Mindsciences, develops specialized programs that combine mindfulness, modern principles of psychiatry, and the latest neuroscience research to help people:
