John Preskill, Richard P. Feynman Professor of Theoretical Physics at the California Institute of Technology, discusses his interest in quantum computing. He talks about the difference between classical computing and quantum computing in terms of distinguishing between the nature of correlations among parts of the systems. Preskill was at IQC to give a public lecture on" Quantum Computing and the Entanglement Frontier" on August 6, 2013.
