Goblet Squats 120x21. Paused Reps. This is a great leg exercise that will really help ingrain proper deep squatting form. These will also really work your core hard when you go heavier since you have to stabilize the dumbell. You can use it as a warmup to loosten up your hips, or go heavier to really work your legs.
