© Dawn L. Brown 4 Bear cubs arrived 3-10-12;They are doing well.I have been bottle feeding them, and they too have been getting some immediate care supplements.I am in hope that I can get them weaned off of the bottle by the end of the week, and eating out of a dish.Take Note:These cubs though only 8 weeks, are showing very good behavior=they only see me when I go to feed them, and instantly after I feed them, they have no interest in me,and I believe because there is 4 cubs they are keeping each other very occupied, as you can see in the video;after feeding they will immediately play/fight,and even get a bit rough with one another,or go and curl up to sleep. They are very secluded up in the building in the cub room.I am able to monitor their behavior 24/7 because of the camera that is placed in the ceiling, this prevents me from having to check on them, outside of feedings, and is very helpful for if any health issue or odd behavior was to arise;making it so I would pick up on it.The cameras have been very helpful for this purpose.Interesting note:I have noticed when receiving cubs at this age they show absolutely no remorse not having their mother around,it seems a bit odd ,but true none the less.!:o) To learn more visit:
