This is a video of the Climatron Geodesic Dome Conservatory at the Missouri Botanical Garden in St. Louis, Missouri. It's a very interesting structure that houses a tropical rain forest environment. The Climatron was the first geodesic dome greenhouse. It was designed by Thomas C. Howard of Synergetics, Inc in 1959. The original plexiglas was removed and a new dome was built in 1990. The original aluminum dome structure still stands.

I also show some amazing glass sculptures by Swedish-born sculptor, Carl Milles, that have been placed throughout the area. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for watching!
