A great drill to activate glutes during the golf backswing. With the mini-band around the knees, rotate back and then push the left knee outwards to activate the glute, helping prevent thrust, sway and drop of the pelvis as you turn.

One of a series of videos demonstrating golf-specific exercise drills as part of wider golf fitness and biomechanics services provided by Mark Bull Golf, utilising the latest in 3D analysis equipment and software together with tailored golf-specific fitness services to help improve your game and body. Our services help highlight exactly is happening during your swing, identify the root cause of swing faults and integrate golf fitness to allow your body to function correctly physically (otherwise there's no point asking your body to move in a way it physically can't do).
