ok for this bench pyramid. we started at 135 to warm up. then hit 185 and few times to warm up. then 225, then 275, then started the pyramid going down you should ALWAYS warm up to the heavy weight, NEVER start at your max weight. the video shows what we did after we warmed up to 315. enjoy. i think i weighed about 175lbs here
