Invited to Red River for a movie by her longtime boyfriend Sid Ceasar, Sara Prindiville was viewing the usual trailers preceding a film (some pretty serious ones at the time, 127 HOURS and BLACK SWAN) in the Lincoln Financial Cinema when suddenly the film on-screen turned decidedly more interesting. Filmmaker Sid had purchased two collectible Muppets and with the help of friends, filmed a marriage proposal, as seen in this video, filmed surreptitiously following the ending of the BLACK SWAN trailer.

Red River's Events Manager Kaleena Guzman helped Sid arrange a phoney Weekly Flyer showing a screening, and arranged rental of the theatre, to which he invited friends and family to witness as he popped the question, Jim Henson-style!

And, of course, how could Sara refuse?
