Super Mario RPG Revolution Final Changes #3

Super Mario RPG and its characters are copyright of Squaresoft (now Square Enix) and Nintendo, and was released on the Super Nintendo.
This ROM hack, Super Mario RPG Revolution, is a modification of the original game.
Gameplay and recording done by me.

Hey guys, here's an update on the ROM hack. The hack is almost ready for release. However, I think I'm the most satisfied with the changes I made this time around. The enemy and boss battles don't seem to drag on as much as they might have, some enemies and bosses have seen improvements and are more interesting fights now, and there have been other changes to make sure that the main idea is to have fun while also having a challenge. Exor has seen a considerable change from those who have played earlier versions to speed up the battle.

Now the only things left I need to balance is Culex. Afterward, I'll make a quick rundown of the hack and try and do something real quick before releasing it to the public. Sorry if I kept you all waiting but I've been working hard on it and hope you'll enjoy the changes as much as I have. Here's a showcase of Jinx's 3rd battle, just to give you an idea AND a warning what you might have to deal with. Also, Jinx is now not immune to Fire, Ice, and Thunder elements so if you want to use your specials, be my guest. Just don't use any Red Essences, you'll most likely regret it.

Other changes that will be occurring:
- Most enemies will be less annoying (i.e. die quicker) and give you a little more EXP. For example, 2 Shysters will give you 3 EXP and 3 Shysters will give you 4 EXP, making level grinding a little easier at Mushroom Kingdom if needed.
- Change to various earlier enemies and bosses to accommodate the change of Mallow having Thunderbolt.
- Improvements to certain enemies and bosses to make them more interesting and more fair too.
- FP cost lowered for some all-hitting attacks.
- Ultra Jump Magic Power lowered by 10 points.
- Cursed Ring's effects are better hinted, both by logs inside the Sunken Ship and by the accessory itself.
- Bowser's Crusher special will NOT ignore defenses. However, it will maintain its 100 Magic Power, doing its job at "piercing enemy defenses".
- Geno Flash will maintain a high Magic Power and will hit 100%.
- Number of Flower Point boosting items will be lessened a bit for balancing reasons.
- New Armor sold at Nimbus Land: Storm Gear, a "physical defensive" option for Nimbus Castle in terms of armor.
- Super Suit's stats have been tweaked.

I'm curious if you all will welcome the return of Thunderbolt, as with the changes to this version, Mack is now a more interesting boss fight and possibly trickier as a result. Comment and let me know what you think, especially if you've played previous versions with the Shocker spell as the first special for Mallow.

P.S. I think I'm gonna change the Star Egg into a more useful item possibly. Don't really have any ideas though as of yet...

Enjoy the preview!
