PSA Project Mewtwo BETA v.0.3

Here is my latest build on Mewtwo! I get the feeling Pharrox will be finished with his model injecting in a month or so, and at that point we'll be making better animations on a more "Mewtwo" like model. Until then, please enjoy my team and I's hard work!

This is a custom moveset/property edit for Lucario that aims to transform him into Mewtwo. All questions and comments would be better left on the thread, but you can leave them here and I'll see them eventually.
