The Buncombe County Sheriff's Office says an argument escalated into a fist fight, then gunfire, at the Burger King in Swannanoa. It happened around 10 o'clock Saturday night. Witnesses say people in two cars got into an argument while they were in line at the drive-thru. Then, they got out of their cars, and got into a fist fight. Deputies say one person pulled out a gun and fired a shot. No one was hit. The sheriff's office says one person suffered minor injuries, but decided not to go to the hospital. A woman who works at a restaurant across the street says the gunshot scared her customers Sandra Carroll, witness, "the customer had locked the door when he walked through the door and he was like is there a back entrance? And I said no, we don't have a back entrance. We can hide in the cooler if they start shooting over here." The Buncombe County Sheriff's Office is still investigating. They say they have not made any arrests at this time.
