As the warm weather is approaching, it's tempting to think about getting into that bathing suit and looking good physically!  But owning your bikini body isn't just about the physical, but the mental too.  It's about feeling good in our bodies, connecting those endorphins to our self esteem, and creating inner strength as we physically get stronger. So this workout series is focused on getting the full body, mind, and spirit ready for summer.  It will be a four part series, so keep coming back to work a new muscle group with me each week, on Fitness Friday.  And we'll make it a playlist, so you can do them in a row, all together!!  First up...BUNS AND THIGHS!!!!
