This is my Advanced Shoulder Workout! Phase 1 I do this on my 3rd day of training and combine it with ABS :)
All the information in this video is accurate and correct! and is done on pyramid based reps of 4 - sets and of 70 - 85% of you 1RPM which is the perfect blend to BUILD MUSCLE
