How to make Cream Brulee (crème brulée) クリームブリュレの作り方
For those who don't have blowtorch, place the sugar and water in a pan. Turn the heat to high and bring the water and sugar to the boil without stirring. Then, lower the heat to medium and continue boiling.You will see the mixture starts to brown. Continue boiling until the color of amber. Remove from heat immediately.
Ingredients I used (serving 4 - 5) : 200ml milk : 200ml heavy cream : 4 egg yolk : 50g granulated sugar : vanilla extract
