On Saturday July 28, The Toronto Kettlebell Club would like to invite you for an afternoon of kettlebell fun and fitness. We will be contesting 5 Events, in order 1. Continuous Kettlebell juggling, one set, unlimited hand switches, total reps before dropping/failure. 2. Lockout walk, for distance 3.Standing Shot Put, for distance 4.Single hand snatch throw, for height 5. Farmer walk, for distance
If you are interested this is a free event for anyone who wants to try, there is nothing to win other than bragging rights and experience training with fun folks. We train at the Geary Parkette on Mondays and Saturdays all summer long.
