WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKRC) -- Speaker of the House John Boehner is among those subpoenaed to testify in a 100 million dollar multi-state fraud case. Two previous Ohio Attorneys General issued the documents to Boehner and current Ohio Attorney General Mike Dewine. They involve a trial that's scheduled to begin Monday in Cleveland for a man charged with defrauding people who donated to a charity for Navy Veterans. The man has donated to the campaigns of Republican candidates. Dewine says he has no knowledge of any fraud crimes and he'll seek to quash the subpoena. The Speaker hasn't commented on the case.
