Cassey Ho
Cassey is a pilates and fitness instructor, a YouTube fitness sensation and the creator of POP Pilates, a fusion of pilates moves blended with upbeat music for a fun and challenging workout. She graduated with a degree in biology but decided not to pursue her parents predestined path for her in medicine. While in school, she started teaching pilates at a small studio. Right then and there, instructing became the most satisfying part of her life. She is certified by NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainer Association) and Balanced Body University.
