Initiating change amongst children through Radio

'Meena Ki Duniya' or Meena Radio is an entertainment-education radio series designed to communicate with children, especially adolescent girls in rural schools, their educators, parents and community leaders.

This show was launched by UNICEF in partnership with the Department of Education in 5000 schools in 9 districts of UP in August 2010. The radio programme is broadcast during school hours, as a part of a structured school time-table, six days a week.
