This is a video I did in 2008, It's a basic routine for those who can or can't do pull-ups. This routine can be done anywhere, I've included cardio, strength training calisthenics exercises, leg exercises and stretching, as well as how many set, & reps to perform. so just do 5, rest then 4, 3, 2, 1, thats 15, 150% of what you think you can do ps the next day start at 6, i went from 3 pushups to 150. The only bad workout is the one you didnt do.
can one do this routine every day? or should there be one day rest in between? please , i need to know so i don't damage my body in some way

Depends on your body.. Pain= Take a rest day No pain= go out training. And it depends on what muscle group you're going to train. If your shoulders hurt, you can just train your biceps if you get what I mean. But the excersices in this video dont focus on just one muscle group, so.. If it hurts take rest, otherwise go training ;)
I am a thing guy. I have been following this routine for a week and with proper nutrition, sleep and a positive mindset I have made noticeable strength and gains. Thanks for this vid man your an absolute legend. Nothing is impossible.

omg I'm 223 pounds at 5"2 and it's so hard to push my weight.
the most informative and demonstrative video i have seen so far, thank you very much how long should one keep up with this routine in order to build up strength for performing pull ups and dips  right now i am at the pain and cant do a single pull up stage, waiting for it to pass(still keep working out) so i can continue...

i think this is all genetics because frank medrano does the same things as this man and isnt even close to his size 
ifthi i think thats because frank is also a vegan, so its way harder for him to become big and stay big. and ofcourse genetics also play a role ;)
