These eggrolls are so simple yet they taste so good! You truly need to give it a try for yourself to truly understand what I mean by that. I'm 100% sure you'll be amazed by the outcome. What I like the most is that my mom has been making these eggrolls the same way for over 30 years!

Ingredients
1 whole carrot shredded
1/2 jicama shredded
1lb+ ground pork or chicken
Salt
MSG or Chicken soup base mix
Sugar
Black Pepper
Onion
Garlic
Vermincelli noodles
Eggroll wrapper
Egg whites (used to roll, the eggrolls)
