The Original Road Rash game that started the series on the Sega Genesis.

I took the approach of waiting until the bike simply couldn't compete before each bike upgrade. This gives best chance of having the best bikes by level 5 and you will need them. Buying each bike as soon as you can afford them as by the time you get to level5, youll need to make a lot of money and only scoring low placements so would take forever to win level5.

Even on the best bike, the game seems a little unforgiving and really makes you work for getting to the front of the pack. Their isn't much of an ending to this game. once you beat level 5, it just loops so you can do it again and can potentially play forever making money you cant spend on anything after the final bike. That said, most of the Road Rash games do this and never really end.

The Amiga is the odd one out however with a more appropriate ending to the game. I also prefer the music in the Amiga version and its also the first road rash game I ever played so maybe i'm biased or just spot on Smile
