Hear the strange story of the case of M.K.B., docketed (filed) in secret, tried in secret, appealed in secret and, with a censored (half secret) brief on file in the Supreme Court. The government believes the case is so secret that it won't tell the public which federal courts decided the case or where they are located. But of course there are ways of finding out what is going on. Goodale and guests Lucy Dalglish, Esq., Executive Director, Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press and Joseph D. Steinfield, Esq., Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye LLP , 1/21/04
