Travelling via German I wanted to post on one of the boards of 4chan and noticed, that I was under an IP/ISP ban; since I'm using a webstick, this really seemed weird to me, so I started asking around.
Turns out over 53 ( 30 people who normally visit 4chan ) people are under the very same ban - some of them never even visited 4chan - most of them were banned shortly after the #GamerGate scandal.

Is this just an honest mistake or is 4chan really trying to censor an entire country, or at least large portions of it?
