Increase your number of sit ups! Challenge yourself with these fast effective advanced ab workouts that target your entire abdominal muscles as well as your oblique muscles. The workouts I demonstrate in this ab routine video are by far the most effective exercises for targeting the ab muscles. The unsupported situp targets the abdominal muscles better than the crunch and regular supported situp (putting feet underneath something heavy for support), where you use more hip flexor muscles. These are advanced ab lifts. This ab routine will also help you increase your supported sit up count number. This video is a spin off of my previous two ab videos. This is not a tutorial, but more of an entertaining ab video that you can also perform if you want a hard ab workout, more efficient ab workout and better results.
